The pallet inverter
Switch between wooden and plastic pallets — and pull out layer pads.
Inverts the load through 180°, so the pallet can be taken off. It can stop at 90° if paper or freezer layer pads need to come out between the products.

Four steps — with a stop along the way
The stop at 90° is what sets the inverter apart. Layer pads can be pulled out there while the load stays clamped.
The load is clamped
The clamping plates close around the product and pallet.
Halfway — stop
This is where cardboard, paper or freezer layer pads can be pulled out.
The load is inverted
The product is now upside down, and the pallet can be taken off.
New pallet on
A new pallet goes on, and the load is turned back.

- Wood to plastic — and back
Built for changing between pallet types without touching the product.
- Layer pads can be removed
The stop at 90° gives access between the products.
- No damage to the packaging
The load stays clamped all the way round.
Six models in two series
FL and DC cover the same job. The difference is the opening height and how the machine is built around the load.

Optional equipment for the pallet inverter
The machine is built around where it will stand and what it will run. These are the options customers most often add.
Automatic cycle
The operator presses start and the machine runs through the whole sequence by itself. That frees up time to handle pallets or other tasks while it runs.
Automatic operation requires guarding, so that no one can get under the machine while it runs — typically safety fencing or light curtains.
Galvanising
Often chosen for medical and food applications, where the product can come into contact with the machine. Also an advantage if the machine has to stand in a damp environment.
Compressor
Recommended if you have no compressed air already. We fit a small, low-noise compressor on the machine.
External start or pull cord
Lets the operator start the machine with a pull cord or an external button — for example while seated in the forklift truck.
Safety and warning lights
Uses colour to show whether the machine is running, has stopped, or needs service.
Spare parts package
The most essential parts held in stock at your site, so a stoppage does not turn into waiting for a delivery.
On top of that comes the service agreement — planned visits, a fixed price and the same technician every time. See what it covers →
