The pile turner
Changes the pallet quickly and efficiently.
A stationary machine that changes the pallet under the product. It closes right down to 320 mm, so even very low items can be handled — which makes it an obvious choice in the paper industry.
- Capacity
- 1,000–2,000 kg
- Load height
- 1,300–1,800 mm
- Closed height
- Down to 320 mm
- Rotation
- 180°
Four steps — and the product stands on a new pallet
The machine holds the product in place the whole way. No item has to be moved from one pallet to the other.
The product is clamped
The platforms close around the product and hold it in place.
The machine tilts back
The product and pallet tilt back 90°.
The stack is turned
The product rotates 180°, so the old pallet comes free.
Set down on a new pallet
The platforms lower and open. The product stands on the new pallet.

Filmed at a customer's site. This is the machine as it runs day to day.
- No re-stacking
The product does not move item by item — the whole stack travels together.
- Fewer workplace injuries
Heavy lifting comes out of the workflow, and the strain on your people falls.
- Down to 320 mm
Closes far enough down that even low loads can be handled.
Four models
The difference is load height and capacity. If none of them fits, we rebuild.

Optional equipment for the pile turner
The machine is built around where it will stand and what it will run. These are the options customers most often add.
Automatic cycle
The operator presses start and the machine runs through the whole sequence by itself. That frees up time to handle pallets or other tasks while it runs.
Automatic operation requires guarding, so that no one can get under the machine while it runs — typically safety fencing or light curtains.
Galvanizing
Often chosen for medical and food applications, where the product can come into contact with the machine. Also an advantage if the machine has to stand in a damp environment.
Compressor
Recommended if you have no compressed air already. We fit a small, low-noise compressor on the machine.
External start or pull cord
Lets the operator start the machine with a pull cord or an external button — for example while seated in the forklift.
Safety and warning lights
Uses color to show whether the machine is running, has stopped, or needs service.
Spare parts package
The most essential parts held in stock at your site, so a stoppage does not turn into waiting for a delivery.
On top of that comes the service agreement — planned visits, a fixed price and the same technician every time. See what it covers →
